Im Herzen von Barcelona kombiniert diese regenerierende Session Präzision, Core-Training und kontrollierte Bewegungen – ideal, ganz gleich, ob Sie Anfänger oder erfahrener Praktizierender sind. Kleine Gruppen gewährleisten persönliche Zuwendung durch den erfahrenen Lehrer vom Edan Studio, der Ihnen hilft, die Körperhaltung zu verfeinern, die Gelenkigkeit zu verbessern und innere Stärke zu entwickeln.
