Experience Central Park as a family through our partnership with the Central Park Conservancy. Enjoy a one-hour private, customizable guided tour available year-round, tailored to your family’s pace and interests, designed to spark curiosity and delight in young explorers.

 

Seasonally, in spring and summer, families may also join the Conservancy’s kid‑friendly public tours, including the Family Birding Tour for budding bird‑watchers, the Family Tour of Shakespeare Garden featuring hands-on discovery kits inspired by the poet’s world, and the Family Tour of The Ramble, an immersive woodland adventure perfect for curious nature lovers. Ideal for children ages 5 to 13, these experiences offer a memorable, nature‑rich way to explore New York City’s most iconic park together.

 

After your tour, continue exploring Central Park at your own pace—wander toward beloved landmarks like Bethesda Fountain or enjoy a family rowboat ride on the Lake for a quintessential New York moment. No matter your family’s interests, Central Park holds a little magic for everyone.
