Advance Booking
We recommend that you book in advance to ensure that your desired time and treatment are available.
Arrival
We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation in order to have enough time to change and to experience our Akasha ritual. We will submit a health survey to you upon your arrival. Akasha spa reserves the right to direct you to the most appropriate treatment based on any health conditions. Please inform us about your health status at the time of making your reservation or upon your arrival.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please understand that late arrivals will result in the treatment time being shortened accordingly as we will not be able to reschedule the start of the next treatment. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time.
