Master Hu was born in 1981 in a small village near the Shaolin Temple in Henan province. At the age of seven, he entered the Shaolin Martial Arts Training Centre and was trained in various aspects of Shaolin martial arts for over twenty years. Through practices like Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Chi, Zen Tea and meditation, he helps strengthen the body, purify the mind, and achieve harmony.

Nana

Nana, with more than 11 years of experience, is MFT Combat Fitness Certified and a Body Sculpting Specialist. She holds ACSM and Manitou certifications and is a Sound Bowl Healing Practitioner, addressing issues like stress and insomnia. Her teaching emphasizes Pilates as the foundation for movement, promoting growth through practice.
